Five star service from Richard. Prompt call out to inspect our chimney and stove, and advise us on best plan of action for replacing the stove to a more up to date and safer option. Sound and trustworthy advice, really professional but personable too. Installed our new stove and covered every detail possible, really tidy workmanship throughout and the finished result is just what we wanted.

Also, great quality and good value logs, delivered!

We'll definitely be booking in for our annual sweep with Richard and restocking our log store with him each time too.

Ask Richard at super short notice to sort a storm damaged chimney Cowel. He managed to get it done the same day as he was in the area. Replaced the Cowel with the correct type, as the original one was incorrect. would definitely recommend.

I’ve used Richard for the last four years, however I would not recommend him. He was scheduled to do our annual sweep today between 1pm and 3pm, but he decided to cancel at 3pm. His reason was it was ‘to far away and it wasn’t worth it’. He knew my address when I booked, so why make the appointment if it wasn’t in his radius. He could have called first thing this morning so I wasn’t inconvenienced, but instead he let me take the afternoon off work and sit in my house waiting for him for several hours. Highly unprofessional!
