I bought a Greenmech evo 165p chipper a few years ago and it has been an awesome machine! I’m still very impressed at what this machine can process in a day and so easy to maintain. The best thing though has been the support from Greenmech, just a quick phone call or email and we’ve managed to sort any problem we’ve had. We purchased a Green Mech Chipper from George Browns, Leighton Buzzard last year and, had some issues with it following the purchase.

After contacting Green Mech directly to discuss the issues, they immediately organized for someone to collect the chipper, left us with a replacement and took ours away for detailed and thorough checks.

We had our chipper back, serviced and fault free within a week, can't thank them enough for their help, especially Jullian Cullis - Sales Manager.

I purchased an excellent Woodchipper from GreenMech Ltd, a quadchip turntable. 2 years of reliability and satisfaction. A dependable warranty which I tested for a slight paint defect. The company collected my machine nearing the end of its 2 year warranty, provided a free hire machine and updated the machine foc. Unfortunately for me I suffered a little rear end bang after this , again greenmech helped me when I really needed it. They have turned the machine around fast and repaired it. A great company with excellent machinery, backed with an honest warranty.

Rębak Greenmech kupiony jako nowy w firmie Zielone Narzędzia. Od samego początku problemy z silnikiem hydraulicznym,. Sprzedający go dostarczał (trzykrotnie) , my wymienialiśmy go i problem wraca. Przebieg urządzenia 577 mtg...Zawieziony w miesiącu styczniu do serwisu sprzedającego i do dziś czekamy na części....jest 12.03. Zgłosiłem problem bezpośrednio do producenta ( do dziś bez odpowiedzi). Gwarancja 3 letnia nie istnieje, naprawę musiałem z góry zapłacić i dalej czekam. Nie polecam produktu ze wzgledu na wadę i obsługi posprzedażnej.
