Items were great value for price so it turned out cheaper than amazon. The item was shipped the very next morning. Had a problem with the delivery company and they contacted me back within half an hour with it sorted. Will 100% be using again.

More of a specialty store, however, used plenty of times for good quality pest free soil, shade netting for greenhouse, natural enzymes to help composting, and even fans in the summer when everyone else had sold out.

Very good website with plenty of stock. Had trouble with the quality of an item after delivery. Phoned the next morning & collection for faulty item arranged immediately and a replacement sent out in the next days post. Excellent customer service! Never knew this place even existed but had to get an Ona Block air freshener ASAP due to Mickey the Mouse expiring under my floor boards 'somewhere'. We're only a few days away from Xmas and the smell of roast turkey dinner and dead mouse don't mix well apparently...........
Greens had the Ona block in stock as per their web site (priced exactly the same as on various other internet sites but no waiting 5 weeks for Royal Fail delivery). The chap behind the counter was polite and helpful. He offered me the the slightly more expensive Ona Gel but I said I'd just try the block for now. He just said no problem and didn't try and push the sale further.
So, from my personal experience, they're local, you can park directly outside, they have got a web site and actually have their stuff in stock, it's competitively priced and they have great customer Service.

Amazing place.. Guys here are great. Customer service is there main priority. And there knowledge is the best. They're not there to try and sell the most expensive kit for profit, they give unbiased opinions on all products and help the customer get exactly what he / she needs.. Unlike other places where they have no intrest other than selling the most expensive kit even if customer doesn't need such high tech expensive equipment..

These guys clearly don't work on commission and give the best advice for free.. Highly recommend them..
