Extremely pleased with my new lawn. Only seeded July 3rd, from scratch on new topsoil, now lush and green. A big thank you to James Renfrew who after a discussion on what I wanted and my geographical location, supplied a great seed mixture as can be seen. Thanks also to Jamie Peacock and another James who were on hand to advise me over the phone when I encountered problems along the way. I would recommend Green-tech Knaresborough without hesitation, they supplied a brilliant product, and were always there to support me through my project. Looking forward to spring when I can weed treat and topdress to level out the lumps n bumps. ?

Very unhappy…. Didn’t receive my first order as there was a problem with the delivery. I gave the full instructions were to send the 2nd one that wasn’t correct, so I didn’t receive that, I rang up spoke to someone who gave me the managers email address and she kindly emailed me back to say someone will be in touch, and that was 5 days ago and still nothing .Poor

Product was what I ordered but it was sent to the billing address and not the shipping address. Emails were sent to the shipping confirmation email and the order confirmation email but zero response. Had to arrange collection and delivery to the correct address myself. Won’t be using them again.

Disappointing service. 1) Shrub mesh guards were rolled up horizontally not vertically and had to be rerolled with some difficulty. and 2) Couriers did not deliver to Farmhouse as requested but left Tree Stakes 300 metres away on the Main Road.
