Quality service for installation of a new Dimplex Quantum storage heater, Rointe electric towel rail, updated fuse box and all associated. The service provided by Greenvision went beyond all expectations. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Stuart and Paul provided professional advice based on what would be best for me. The virtual survey option was ideal, so we could discuss options and get a quote straight away, which meant from contacting Greenvision to installation was only a couple of weeks! Amanda was great in keeping me up to date about the installation and arrangements. On the day, Dan arrived exactly when expected and fitted everything perfectly, it's made such a difference. Thank you to everyone at Greenvision. Very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Greenvision were professional and knowledgeable about quantum storage heaters. They were prompt in responding to calls and arrived and installed when they stated they were going to. Installation was efficient and the workmen cleaned up after the work area after. After care has been very helpful and they are very patient in guiding through the programming of new heaters for extra information needed.

I instigated my business with Greenvision 6 weeks or so ago.
The staff at Greenvision were informative, considerate of my needs and quick to answer any queries. Adjustments to my advantage were made after a survey which have proved to be most adequate.
The installation occurred on 16th. January. The engineers were on time, efficient and considerate, clearing up and tidying up as they proceeded. They took time to make sure I understood the basics of operating my heaters.
I will certainly recommend Greenvision where and when I can. So quick.

I'm very pleased that I went ahead and replaced my old storage heaters with the new Dimplex ones. The whole process went smoothly and efficiently and Greenvision were very helpful at all stages and didn't rush me. Apart from working better than the old ones they also look smart, as does the new bedroom panel heaters. The installers did a brilliant job and didn't leave a trace.

We had all our night storage heaters replaced with Dimplex Quantum units and Greenvision Energy made the whole process absolutely effortless. Paul Campbell was very knowledgeable on the system and helped make us feel extremely comfortable with what would be best in each room. The installation was done on Friday and we were so impressed with the politeness, speed and professionalism of the team that did the installation. We would not hesitate to recommend Greenvision Energy and are looking forward to having a much more efficient and economical system in our home for next winter.

Greenvision replaced all our old storage heaters for new QuantumDuplex storage heaters, as well as installing a new heater and boiler timer. From first speaking with the team they have been professional and helpful. The installers were excellent! Arrived on time- all 3 of them!- and went from room to room rewiring and installing. They had to rewire quite a few of our old half done stone age circuits and did a fantastic job! Even filled in holes and left place looking really smart and clean. Looks so professional, and hub means we can now control all our heating from our phones, with individual heater control, its superb. We finally know our usage and can be cozy warm this winter! Also looking forward to better energy consumption. Really pleased we went with Greenvision, we highly recommend them.

From start to finish Greenvision have been absolutely excellent. Paul Campbell went through my requirements thoroughly over a number of phone calls and emails. Nothing seemed too much for him to deal with and to get what the customer wanted: I can't praise him enough.
Amanda Price was always also very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
The installation was on time, expertly carried out and the installer, Adam Finch, was both professional and clean and tidy.
Greenvision also 'phoned and emailed after completion to check everything was OK!
Probably one of the best companies I've ever had to deal with, so I would definitely recommend them.

I cannot speak highly enough of everyone that I have dealt with at Greenvision with regards to the replacement of my storage heaters. They made the whole process painless and even the installation was quick and done with care. Looking at my electricity usage after the first month, it is around half of what it has been before the installation.
