John Dhillon of Bristol came to my home today. He fixed the toilet seat, showing me how to tighten it if it happened again. Ordered me a shower seal as it had been left off in our new home. Topped up the boiler and found a leak which he sorted. He bled my radiators and made sure everything was safe. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. He explained things to make our home more energy efficient. He went the extra mile and I would thoroughly recommend him. Thanks John I’ve now thawed out

Called in the morning and was given advice by Anne of what to do regarding our fault and to call back if issue not resolved after two hours. Called Anne back and she arranged for engineer to attend within the hour. Darren arrived with the part to fix it, tested and checked all ok. Great job, thanks Anne and Darren ?
