Hands down the best auto service I have ever experienced. I have been taking my current car only to the dealership since 2017 but after a few too many bad experiences and the expiration of the service contract, I decided to find a new shop. I called for a quote and they did an evaluation day of and gave me an estimate lower and more realistic than my dealer had a for slightly less work(including some work I didn’t need). From the very start, Greg’s gave me top tier service. With complimentary ride share for local clients, outstanding office staff, reasonable estimates, solid and on time work and clear communication, Greg’s Japanese Auto won me over and I’ll be retuning with both my cars for all their future maintenance.

I had multiple terrible customer service experiences with Tina over the course of my service. EJ was pleasant to work with, but he wasnt there the day I was told that my vehicle was ready for pick-up. I paid for the charges in full (over $1200), but my car was not available in the lot after I received my keys. Once my car was finally located, the staff had to jump start the car - turns out it was NOT ready for pick-up. This was not explained to me on my departure and when I got home, I discovered that the battery had been fully discharged AND disconnected, so my trip home did nothing to recharge it. Unbeknownst to me, I arrived home with a completely dead vehicle. I had to scramble for a battery replacement in order to have a functional car AFTER spending over $1200 in repairs from this shop. I'm still angry. Would not recommend.

Greg’s was awesome! That got me in, diagnosed and was very on top of keeping me updated, and got me fixed all in the day and just in time for me to pick it up in the middle of my busy schedule. Everyone I talked to on the phone was always so nice, pleasant and down to earth! Can’t wait to see them again some day hehehe (aside from the circumstances)

I went to Greg’s on a recommend from my dad and boy was I thankful. Ty was incredibly pleasant to work with. He was happy to offer free shuttle after drop off and an itemized list for parts and work. My husband and I both agreed we will be return customers.

Super nice guys there. Brought my Prius there as it was running rough and check engine light was on, charged me $200 to diagnose problem, said aside from an old O2 sensor code nothing was wrong. Continued to have problems, had a Toyota only shop check it out and found and fixed it in short order. I'd take my car back here for basic stuff (oil changes, brake jobs, etc.), but for more off-beat issues I am not so sure if they can actually get it done. Again, nothing bad to say about them, just level of service they might be able to provide.

Very positive experience using Greg’s Japanese Auto In Puyallup for the first time.

1). They participate in Costco auto pro program which resulted in a 15% reduction and cost based on Costco email approval.

2). I received advice and quote from another auto service shop following an oil change That I needed brakes and asked Greg’s To conduct the Front and back brake Service. They called me midday Stating my rotors and pads were fine, and all I needed was some minor work on the front rotors. This saved me significant dollars - Kudos for their honesty.

3). They offered Uber service for Transportation back to my home delivery of my car To their service shop

My first time doing business with these guys. Dropped off my Honda for big 60K service, expecting it would take a day or so. They called me less than 2 hours later, saying my car was ready! Wow....fast, quick and good service. Strongly recommend Greg's for car issues!
