Worst contractors that we’ve ever dealt with.
Poorly installed heat pump that doesn’t work in cold weather and 3 years down the line Ground heat still haven’t fixed it.

Only one engineer left working for Ground heat. RSK subcontract other companies/engineers and even they will tell you Ground heat are the worst.

I couldn’t understand why they had at least 3 stars on Google and then I realised one of their 5 star reviews was written by their former ops manager! so don’t be fooled - don’t use this company! I would give zero stars if it were possible.

They look yiu straight in the eyes and just lie to you honestly 😤💨💨💨
Totally didn't know what they was doing plumbed it all in wrong election and Plumber
That's pipes and wiring
trashed my carpets
Don't throw your money away and get someone
Who's reliable and knows what there doing 🤔
As there learning on your time & money 💰 🤑 💸 please I strongly advise to go to another company and give this one a wide swing people
