I had a ground source heat pump and underfloor heating install 9 years ago. Went away on holiday for two weeks and came back to find the whole system up and working. The system has been serviced every year and has been very efficient and economical to run. The firm is trustworthy, well informed and does a lot of research before putting together the design of the heating system. This ensures that the client gets a tailor made solution for their heating needs. I was so impressed that when I moved I asked Groundtherm to design the heating for my new house.

I have been messed around by this company since December 2022. Initially had a number of emails either cancelling appointments and then finally received a survey with a number of promises only to never hear back again. Lack of professionalism and decency. Writing this review as I am in disbelief at the lack of respect shown. Avoid.
