Considerate Building have used Group B for several years now.
The staff are really helpful and always willing to go the extra mile.
Whether we just need 2 downlighters or 200, nothing is too much trouble.

I ordered LED lights and light swiches (both of them reccomened by them and I was told that they were compatible). Two were in stock one was not. They suggested to go and pick it up after 3 day. I go there after 10 days, the light is not there because they forgot to order it. To apologize they suggest to send it to my address. after 1 week the light hasn't arrived. I call them and tell them I really need the lights as the electrician is coming the day after. The only way is to go and pick it up at the shop late in the afteroon. Today the electrician told me that in one of the lights the screws to fit the light are missing. Having installed the lights they don't work because the swithces are not compatible with the LED lights ! I can't beleave it ! DON'T GO THERE, personally I won't go ever again !

Incredibly unhelpful staff. I went here trying to buy a couple of lightbulbs, they pretended not to understand what I was asking for and treated me like an idiot who didn't understand the difference between absolute and incandescent equivalent wattage.

I think it was 15 minutes before closing and they didn't want to work any more.
