Great part availability and the shop front is clean and tidy. Service is great, but I feel they are understaffed for the shop front as you can be left waiting for at least 15 minutes on a good day.
I've used GSF for over 10 years and they've been great from the start.

Well its a GSF who been around for decades, plenty of spares, competitive prices. Went to get a couple of Iridium plugs for my bike. Best price around and your better here than ebay for example with all the fake NGK plugs about.
4 stars because there's always room for improvement. like waiting 10 minutes before anyone came to the counter, had to shout hello a few times but no big deal. Just 10 minutes of my life Ill never get back 😬

Went for some wiper blades ordered correct ones using the reg checker online . Tried fitting only one went on problem with actual product then told I needed to pay £3 for some others even thou it wasn’t my fault. Rushed out the shop like a rat as the worker needed to leave . As usual really poor customer service. It hurts to give this place 1 star after today’s performance

I somehow click and collected the wrong wiper blades for my Wife's car today.
