I bought one of these not cheap mowers. It worked well for a short time but then the battery died. It is a small garden and the mower was not heavily used. I doubt it was even used a total of 20 times over the time I had it.

I called the manufacturer and got the most disinterested response. Nothing doing - buy another very expensive battery.If you are hoping for decent customer support don't bother with this company. Once you buy something they don't care and offer no support. Also spares are very expensive.

Cordless tools which are only moderate in terms of performance. The after sales support is very poor. There’s no real parts support as you are able to buy only while unit replacements - for example an entire trimmer blade assembly.

Better to buy better quality to start with from a supplier that has an appropriate after sales service and support.

Just had to say 'brilliant service ' .Had my gtech AirRam hoover for about 7 years .Having problems with the on/off button working intermittently.Phoned up -replacement of main body (minus battery and dust compartment)£70 .Arrived the next day .Result -one very happy customer 😀!Thanks to all concerned.

Just received my new platinum air ram after many years of having the air ram K9 which I found good but the platinum air ram has a better rotating brush with longer & more bristles & the battery doesn't take so long to charge as my old K9 & is also removable the only downside is they have moved the button that collapses the handle from upper side of handle to the back near the bottom & a bit smaller so a bit tricky to push in to bring handle up because it propels the vacuum forwards & if you are elderly or disabled you have to bend down to it hence 4 stars & not 5 other than that I'm happy with it

Totally mixed on my G-Tech K9 product, bought it as a package after finally being convinced by the reviews and adverts. First thing to say is that in no way does this replace a proper vacuum cleaner as its just not that powerful, it gets no where close to what I would call a "deep clean" - for example i can use the G-Tech and then go over the same space with a corded vacuum (happens to be a Dyson) and the amount of extra dirt picked up is quite worrying! i guess as a convenient, quick "run around" and pick up most of the visible bits then its great, really great, but as your only vacuum cleaner its just not powerful enough.

One of the issues on the power front and where i really do feel let down by this product is the fact that if you want any suction or cleaning power you need to constantly wash the green sponge filter, if you do not strip the filter out, wash it and dry it after every 5 uses then basically its blocked up and does nothing more than push bits around the carpet - of course every carpet and use case scenario is different. Having to clean and wash that sponge filter is a messy horrible and thoroughly awful job, the dirt and dust goes everywhere, your sink becomes a mud bath - its horrible, and then you have to wait for it to dry............ unfortunately, you have to keep constantly washing it for the device to half work, and as its so weak on its own you really need a clean filter! you see him empty the bin hassle free on the telly - you do not see him up to his elbows in mud and dirt trying to clean the sponge filter every other day you use it!

finally the build quality is a bit average, the handle keeps falling off thanks to limp fitted green clip at the base which keeps falling out, the number of times the cleaner head has sailed off under the sofa or bed whilst i am still holding the handle is not amusing! The handle got stuck in upright position once too.... its just these things add up and add up. To be fair to G-Tech they replaced the unit as soon as i let them know it was stuck, there service was excellent fair play. I have not bothered to call about the loose clip and it detaching so that's my fault, i just do not want the hassle - a little bit "over" this vacuum now. service is great, but it should not really be something you ever need to know about or experience because the product should be better!

So, so disappointed. Ordered the Gtech AirRam Mk2 K9 and the Gtech multi Mk 2 hand held for Christmas.
The upright is very noisy, the head is too big to get down the side of furniture and does not clean to the edges or stairs, so you have to vacuum twice, once using hand held for the edges and tight places (plus walls/lights etc) and once with the upright (I have ME and limited energy so this is a big problem to me) Myself and my husband have asthma and allergies and they have been much worse since using this product. So I wouldn't recommend for allergy sufferers.
The hand held stopped working after about 6 weeks, I was sent a new battery but it still doesn't work. I am being sent a replacement but no idea when as out of stock. The battery on the upright shows as up to 4 lights, it often goes from 3 lights to 1 to dead in a minute!
It's also super loud, my children can't hear their zoom call school lessons in their bedrooms if i use it downstairs!
I wanted to love this product so much, on paper and in the adverts it does just what I need, but so disappointed. If i wasn't out of my 30 days I would be asking for a refund and returning.

Very good vacuum - light to use and effective for a quick clean. What is most impressive though is their customer service which is unusually good in this day and age where everyone is so rude. I have had two problems after nearly a year with the unit and each time they have replaced the part within a week and I have had same day replies to my queries. Excellent.
