If only every business was as nice to deal with as this company …. Their customer service is absolutely superb, I even received a call after purchasing my new gutter clearer to make sure I was happy with everything. I’ve purchased a lot of equipment over the years, and that’s the first time thats ever happened.

I purchased their Predator Gutter Vacuum, which is brilliant … it’s easy to use, looks great and packs the punch I needed !

I have piece of mind as well knowing should any issues arise with it, they will be easy to deal with, as they genuinely want to help.

For all my gutter needs in the future, I can confidently say that I won’t be going anywhere else !

I purchased an XL Pump Box from Gutter Vacuum Systems some time ago. Recently, I’ve been able to put it to good use on various jobs.

Unfortunately, I encountered some issues with the box and the way the pole operated alongside it. A quick call to Gutter Vacuum Systems, and Ben was straight on the case! Julia was also brilliant whenever Ben wasn’t available.

Ben was absolutely fantastic, he was determined to help and didn’t simply blame the machine. After some trial and error, and plenty of careful thinking, we not only managed to fix the problem but also identify the root cause.

The issue lasted for two days, with lots of back and forth, including a few video calls (which were extremely helpful, as I could show the problem rather than just describe it, allowing Ben to diagnose the issues much quicker). Each time Ben answered the phone, he was just as motivated and determined to help as he was when I first raised the issue.

The customer care is truly unmatched, they genuinely care, which is rare to find nowadays! Ben and the team were fantastic: knowledgeable, friendly, and thoroughly professional.

I would highly recommend Gutter Vacuum Systems and their products.

I will definitely be using them for all my future exterior cleaning needs, their professionalism and outstanding customer service have truly won me over.

Thanks to Ben and the team, I am now back up and running!

Don't usually leave reviews but I felt the service was exceptional. I needed a scraper blade different to all the standard ones I had. I got in touch and dealt with Ben who managed to confirm the correct one I needed from a photo and scribing I took. I ordered it and it arrived next day. Even though my order was small they were extremely helpful and went out of my way and the prompt delivery was amazing. I certainly will be using them again in the future and highly recommend. I had been advised to buy from GVS for there customer service & already it has paid off! I purchased the 30ft pole and roof scraper set & it’s fantastic. I dealt with several staff at the EXPO show and on first use I had a small issue. Julia resolved this & the next day I had a new small part in the post! Ordered a gutter vacuum I'd been looking at for some time. I was not disappointed, 40ft of height and a powerful 3 motor vaccum capable of tackling the dirtiest gutters.
From ordering to setting up it was easy and fault free, camera setup is easy and provides clear and uninterrupted video using the app on my phone.

Fantastic Customer Service.
I've been dealing with GVS for around a year now and delivery has always been super quick. Last week, my GVS3600 needed a repair. Mark and the team at GVS couldn't be more helpful.
