Got windows and a new front door fitted under 2 years ago. My £2,000 door now won’t close/ open and I’m getting no reply from anyone! It’s completely dropped on the top hinge and im unable to adjust it as there’s no screw in the adjustment hole on the top hinge! Don’t waste your money and go elsewhere!

We couldn’t recommend this company enough. We had a lovely composite front door fitted in 2020 with no issues whatsoever since and new windows and back door recently installed. The work was to an amazing standard, timely from ordering to having it fitted & everything was installed within a day with them even cleaning up after themselves and leaving everything spotless. The windows & door are fantastic and have really transformed the look of the house & are keeping us warmer in winter. Thanks again!!

We had all of our windows replaced and we were very pleased with the service that was provided from start to finish. The gentleman that came to measure up and give us a quote was very polite and professional. He did not make me feel pressured like some other companies do. We were very happy with the quote that was provided. The men that came to fit the windows were very friendly and did a very good job. I was very impressed with how efficient the whole process was. I would echo some of the other reviews. Product itself is good, after sales service very poor.
2021, new doors *2 and a window.
Issues with after sales service:
1) doors did not quite shut right, so I asked for someone to come and look. Whilst waiting, the finance guy rang asking for final payment...I said fine, once the doors shut ok...he got immediately aggressive, accusing me of trying to pull a fast one. I did pay in full...but wish I hadn't...
2) over the winter, the door froze solid in its frame several times, could not be opened til it warmed up. Water was getting into the frame/seals and freezing solid I sent more than one video clip, asked for something to be done....blunt reply "can't happen". They didn't send anyone or get back to me, I reported it more than once and gave up.
It's not the "drain" at rhe bottom of ghe frame being blocked, it's a fault somewhere.
I now spray gin (antifreeze) on the doorframe in winter!!!
...and someone on my street had the same with patio doors from this company.

So, the actual product I think is well made. No colour fade in 3 yrs, seems robust etc. But after sales service was rubbish
3 stars is fair.

Greenday recently fitted 5 windows at the rear of our property and a new flat roof, windows and door on a 7 x 7 porch. We are over the moon with the way it has transformed our property.
From start to finish we were very impressed with the customer care and workmanship. The fitters were very professional, friendly and polite. They did a brilliant job both inside and out and left the property clean and tidy after the work was complete.
We would highly recommend Greenday UPVC Ltd and would not hesitate to use them again.

I finally got round to getting my old double glazing replaced by Greenday. They called and gave me a very decent quote for 6 windows and 2 doors. Deposit paid, windows measured up, and despite it being late November, and wet every day in Bolton, when the work was scheduled, it was completed in under 2 days from start to finish.
Quality workmanship and all my neighbours have said how great it looks now.
Special thank you to the fitters who were polite, and did an excellent job, keeping the mess to a minimum during the work, and tidying up too afterwards.
I would thoroughly recommend Greenday to anyone needing doors and windows replaced.

Fitted new front door in 2021, needed an adjustment which they came out to do. However door and lock is still very stiff, have rang a number of times, been told would have a call back but nothing. No complaint about the appearance of door and workmanship on the day, but customer service needs some work.
