First survey was done well the man was polite. They came to do my stuff and a man knocked and walked in. I felt abit uncomfortable at the start as many walked in as he wasn’t very talkative and was just walking past. Then I hear banging and more people were in my stairs, no announcement or I wasn’t told, which would have been helpful. There was a mistake and they tried to rectify it and the manager came to apologise which was a good thing. The kitchen is in need of work so I can’t say much. But they used my paint and tools and never washed the brushes, they walked off with some of my things such as all of my bin bags. I bought a new roll, and they used one and took the rest. Plus the vents are stained. The loft is done well but the rest I am horrified at

APPALLING 1ST 3 GUYS DID WINDOW VENTS CLEAN POLITE ETC BUT WHAT FOLLOWED WAS SOMETHING OUT OF A HORROR MOVIE EXTREMELY DIRTY UNTIDY WORKMANSHIP INCORRECT INSTALLATION OF GAS CENTRAL HEATING DONE BY 7 DIFFERENT PEOPLE USUALLY ARRIVING WELL PAST MIDDAY SOMETIMES STILL HERE AT 11.30PM.I EVENTUALLY ASKED THEM TO LEAVE HNR ENERGY SOLUTIONS FOUND A LOCAL CONTRACTOR WHOSE DESCRIPTION " THE WORST INSTALLATION HE'D EVER SEEN " RADIATORS INCORRECTLY FITTED TO PIPEWORK WHICH IS COVERED IN WHITE PLASTIC TRUNKING NOT SILICONED TO THE WALL SUBSEQUENTLY FALLING IF TOUCHED BURNT CARPET- WALLPAPER- PAINTWORK AND BOILER CUPBOARD. STILL ARGUING WITH EXTREMELY RUDE INEFFICIENT STAFF AS MY HOME HAS BEEN IN CHAOS SINCE JANUARY 4TH . STARTING NEXT WEEK I SHALL BE REFERRING EVERYTHING TO THE RELEVANT AUTHORITIES AND IF NECESSARY TO MY SOLICITORS WITH A COMPENSATION LAW SUIT INTENDED. TBF I AM SURPRISED THESE PEOPLE ARE GOVERNMENT SPONSORED AS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE WORKMANSHIP AND CUSTOMER RELATIONS.

RECENT FOLLOW UP FOLLOWING MY ABOVE REVIEW I WAS CONTACTED BY A SENIOR MEMBER OF SAID COMPANY AND SUBSEQUENTLY A CONTRACTOR WAS EMPLOYED TO IMPROVE THE WAY MY PROPERTY WAS LEFT BY EMPLOYEES OF H&R ENERGY SOLUTIONS GLASGOW . OUTCOME WAS SATISFACTORY HOWEVER SHORTLY AFTER HIS VISIT ON SUNDAY 9TH MARCH IN FACT 30 MINUTES AFTER HE HAD LEFT I WAS PREPARING TO REPAINT AREAS HE HAD WORKED ON AND SADLY DISCOVERED YET MORE UNNOTICED AREAS OF BOTH POOR WORKMANSHIP DETERIORATING IE SILICON SEALANT ON TRUNKING FAILURE WHICH HAD PULLED OF AREAS OF PLASTERWORK AND IN THE SITTING ROOM WHILST ON A LADDER I DISCOVERED A LARGE AREA OF WHAT I CAN ONLY DESCRIBE AS ' DAMAGED AREA OF PLASTERWORK ' PREVIOUSLY UNNOTICED AS IT WAS HIGH UP AND PARTIALLY COVERED BY CURTAINS. HAVING BEEN INFORMED BY MANAGEMENT OF H&R ENERGY SOLUTIONS THAT HE ' WAS AVAILABLE 24 / 7 I SENT PHOTOS AND DETAILS UNFORTUNATELY NO RESPONSE. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS.

This company did my father in law's loft insulation and took out a baxi back boiler and replaced it with a full Baxi Combi Boiler heating system. They did all that work in less than 3 days and helped move everything and put it back afterwards. Not only that they tidied up afterwards. I would highly recommend them.
