Andy has just installed a Sheraton 5 gas fire, together with clearing the old fire, restoring the brickwork and installing an oak mantle. We are absolutely chuffed with the end result.
This wasn’t an easy task for the team, as they had serious problems inserting the chimney flue, as the chimney was blocked by some old bricks, left over from a previous chimney repair/ replacement over 30 years ago!!!! Thankfully, they were successful in removing the brick and were able to install the fire. Poor Ethan was covered in the debris from the chimney!!!! The place was left spotless afterwards, too.
We would definitely recommend Andy and H2O to friends and neighbours who require fire installs. All the team were courteous, efficient and friendly throughout this process. Thanks Andy, Ethan and Jack for giving us our wonderful fireplace.

We are increadibly happy with the work done by H2O Heating and gas services ltd. We had a full oil heating installation in our property. The work was very neat and the advice given was honest and trustworthy. Everything from the piping in each room, the boiler, radiators and tank were done carefully and was exactly what we asked for. The team were very thorough in all work completed, and we’re clear explaining the process of the work needed to our property. This made us feel confident and very happy with the service. Our old 1983 Oil boiler finally sprung a fatal leak (luckily in outside boiler room) and I checked out authorised Worcester Boiler installers with Worcester by entering some simple info on their portal (I would recommend the portal to others) Worcester emailed straight back with list of businesses nearby, along with a biography written by the business. I selected Andy and the following morning had a call from him, visit and eventually a new boiler and Hive system installed. Top quality workmanship, minimal disruption, cleared up each day and all site cleared at the end. Reliable, good communication and customer care. I highly recommend Andy/H2O to anybody.
