Had my click& collect order cancelled within an hour due to "out of stock".Drove to the store to seek alternative only to find 2 of the requested items on the shelves. Either the staff couldn't be arsed to go and pick my order or the company didn't want me using my on-line discount code. I would leave a zero star review if possible.

I experienced a really good customer service today. Thank you Huggy and Sarah for helping me out today. I had a problem with my motoring sign up which Sarah sorted out & ensured my name and email address were spelt correctly. Sarah also let me know the information with the motoring club and what the benefits entailed. Sarah was very pleasant & lovely 🙂 when serving me as I was worried about the Que building up, she reassured me it was okay & called her colleague to help out.. Huggy fitted my rear bulb lights, he was very pleasant, patient & nothing was too much for him. Thank you for the advice and been such a kind hearted man. ?

Popped in to the Bilston store today for some engine oil, the instore computer couldn't fine the oil I needed. Between Sarah and Steve they manged to find what I needed. Their were both very friendly, helpful and professional.

Nitin is an absolute legend and nothing less. Had an issue with a Road Angel dash cam, came back to get the unit replaced and faced a different issue. Nitin suggested getting a Nextbase fitted and I had no issues since then. He even helped me to setup the app and show me where to see recorded videos.

Nitin was amazing with answering my questions and reassuring me about the process of hardwiring the dash cam. I left my car with complete confidence I would return to it with no damages and no cables visible.

I was cycling from Manchester to London and during the second day of the cycle my gears broke and I had to make an emergency pitstop in Halfords. I was really lucky to be able to fit into their busy schedule and am incredibly grateful for them helping me fix the issues at hand as well as giving my bike a little tuneup whilst I was there. I really wanted to say thank you and recommend the kind lady in the bike servicing section who helped me on my cycle.
