Just had a camera system fitted to my wife’s car. The staff were very professional and extremely helpful. The installation was quick and drama free… would definitely recommend.

wasn't the best customer service today. 20 min i waited only one man doing every thing you could tell he was over loaded. i wanted to get the yearly package deal to he basicly ignored me. the bikes great but wasn't a good experience today. I've always got bikes from here. before he even finished serving me he was onto the next customer.

Took my son’s bike here after he had damaged part of the gears, The guy said it would probably be done the day after. Got a call 30 minutes later to say it was ready to collect even though they were really short staffed, This guy went above and beyond to get my sons bike repaired.. sorry I didn’t get the guys name but the help and advice we received was excellent. Thanks again my son is now over the moon with his bike

Went to Halfords in Bishop Auckland with my son’s bike that needed a new head-set and a brake overhaul. Paul served us and he was polite, helpful and gave me a price to do the work. I picked it up earlier today as he originally quoted and the bike is now in tip-top condition! Thanks Paul!

Absolutely shocking service every time I end up here. Particularly my last visit when I asked a female member of staff to see something from a locked cabinet.. I was told she'd be over in a couple mins after she gets the keys. So, I went over to the cabinet to wait.. 5 minutes went past.... 10 minutes went past..... 15, 20, and 25 minutes went passed and I was still stood waiting.. after asking a member of staff again, I waited a further 20 minutes before I gave up and went to buy what I wanted somewhere else.
Every time I've been in this particular branch, the service has been shocking... I very much doubt I'll bother going back.

Just went to get a inner tube and brake pad, staff don’t seem interested nor even bothered to serve you asked 3 times for a part got a “dunno just have a look on the clearance” shocking, I’ll be taking this further as I feel discriminated and profiled and they didn’t give me the best of service based on what I was wearing and how I look they just wanted me gone
