Absolute rubbish service. Bought a battery terminal isolator amongst other items on click and collect. My wife collected from store and was assured that all 5 items were correct. As soon as she was home I opened bag to find the key was missing from isolator and the packaging had been tampered with! Now need to make another trip back to store(apparently burton-on-Trent branch hasn’t got a replacement so a different one) to get a refund on that and buy a different one. Honestly, someone in the store has picked this and given this to my wife either not noticing or not caring. Should have bought elsewhere!!

Excellent customer service from Lindsey who went out of her way to assist me and my student today. This is what customer service is all about. The regular staff at this store are a great bunch. Halfords are very lucky to have them considering the dross they have to deal with on a daily basis. NICE ONE

We had our battery replaced today, but it's long overdue. Skoda seem to think that a 60Ah battery is fine for a 2L diesel estate that is capable of pulling a loaded trailer (and we do), but it's not coped. Although the on-line check showed a cheaper battery that was suitable for our registration plate, the guy we spoke to behind the parts desk (Jacob I think) echoed what I'd researched on line & advised us to get a larger Ah battery to meet the actual cars' needs. He was happy for us to ask questions, and had good, clear explanations for everything. As an engineer of 35years in the automotive industry myself, it's great to see that Halfords are still employing people that know what they're talking about.

Brilliant customer service by this young Bloke named Jacob.

Provided assistance to fetch a set of 3 x wiper blades for my Astra and then perfectly fitted them but most importantly, based on an issue I described to him I had with the car on my journey in, he advised me on this product 8in1 Cataclean (pricey, yes) which worked brilliantly and therefore, money super well spent!

I visited the store yesterday to purchase car mats, the selection was very good, I wasn't sure which would fit my car. Ford Focus battery replaced. Battery ready at arranged date and time; young lad fitting battery explained what he was doing as he carried out the task, he was very friendly and told me to keep my online receipt as 5 years guarantee. Excellent service from fitter and Halfords.
