Absolutely first class service from all staff,car wipers supplied and fitted as well as rear tail light.
Explained,supplied and fitted on 3 separate occasions whilst being very friendly,would highly recommend 👌

Very disappointed with the bikes service. The bike wasn't tested before collection and I nearly had an accident since they forgot to tighten the stem and handlebars. The right break lever was also loose. I will definitely take it somewhere else for my next service.

Fabulous service again yesterday from both Hazel and the awesome fitter Mikey. Both were so friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, extremely welcoming and patient at an especially busy time.I shall definitely be a returning customer. Thanks again guys.

I got my headlamp replaced and both Arran on the counter and Karen who did the fitting were really helpful. They were super friendly and everything was done really quickly. Both knowledgable and welcoming which I can sometimes find difficult in a mechanic setting.

I visited the store 5 days ago to buy my 6 year old a bike. Mikey was the salesman who came to assist and he was so friendly and helpful. He had a genuine interest in making sure my son got the right bike for him and spent time with him, chatting and letting him get a feel for the bike to make sure it was the right choice. He even took him round the store on it and my son was so happy. When I came back to collect the bike today Mikey remembered us straight away and made sure he came to help the collection go smoothly. He went over and above making sure the bike looked it’s very best and fitted it with a mud guard he had spare that made the bike look so much better. Great service start to finish from Halfords, and Mikey in particular - an asset to the store.

Online order and Livingston store..
Ordered my battery online according to my specific reg plate. When I arrived at the store I went to the parts desk and waited for a good 10 minutes, no one appeared and the area was messy beyond belief. Stuff laying around behind the counter. I eventually made my way to the main check out (equally messy) and the young guy was very polite, though it turns out the battery didn't fit my car. I then had to pay an additional £35+ for the correct battery. The fitting was easy enough though another member if staff tried to tell me the reason my car alarm was going off was because my key fob battery needed replaced (absolute gibberish it was replaced last week).. I’ve also had to re-adjust the airbox where it wasn’t correctly tightened after the battery fit…
I would suggest that management need to have a wee review of this store, specifically the shopfloor cleanliness. I cant say I’d recommend it and am frustrated at forking out extra money when I would have ordered the battery elsewhere for cheaper
