We have used Hallamshire Energy for the annual boiler service and certificate. The boiler final failed and Hallamshire gave an immediate quote which we found very reasonable. Joanna kept us all informed throughout the process and we had a new boiler in within a week. A special thank you to Joanna and the Fitter. Fantastic service in every respect - our (very) old boiler completely broke down last weekend - we made an enquiry with Hallamshire Energy Services on the Monday and by Wednesday evening they had already installed a new boiler. Exceptionally efficient, professional and friendly service. Very trustworthy. Extremely tidy job too. Would 100% recommend to anyone in need of a new boiler. Faultless service. After having the same boiler for 12 years I was fairly anxious about which company to go with to help me choose the right boiler for my home.
Hallamshire Energy Services gave me all the support and information I needed to make the process as smooth running as possible.
I called regarding a boiler on Thursday and had the whole work completed within the following 2 weeks. This company is very professional and ensures you are left with all the correct documentation such as installation certificates, manuals etc. They provide you with all the support to get you up and running on your new boiler and will even offer FaceTime calls if you are stuck and an engineer is not able to get to your home. Installation was very quick and I even trusted the engineers in my home unattended whilst the work was completed and it was if no one had been in my house they left it so tidy. Highly recommend Hallamshire Energy Supplies. 5 star service!

When our boiler broke down I called for a quote on the Saturday, Tommy came over for a chat the same day to check everything over. On the Monday we got a range of quotes (for different boilers), there was no pressure at all to make a sale and the customer service was perfect, so we were more than happy to go ahead.

The guys came over the next day, and Tommy even came back over after we finished work at 6 in the evening to show us the ropes. A month later and everything is still perfect, great job done and would recommend in a heartbeat.
