Recommended by a family member, I called Jamie to ask for a quote to connect an outdoor sauna heater to our power supply. He came when arranged and was very thorough in explaining what work was required and providing solutions to potential problems. His quote was very reasonable and a suitable date for the work to be carried out was agreed. Jamie was in regular contact in the days leading up to the job to make sure everything was in place before work could commence (I had to have my energy supplier come out to fit a meter isolator). On the day, Jamie came with two other electricians, all of them were considerate in taking their shoes off when entering the house. The work to be undertaken was clearly explained and Jamie checked with me that I was happy with certain stages, for example, showing me where he intended to drill a hole in the sauna building floor for the cable to be fed through, and making sure I was happy with that. I was also told when we would be without power and how long for. The work was completed in good time and Jamie showed me everything that had done. They tidied everything after them before leaving. I was very happy with the work completed and with how they conducted themselves.

Jamie and his team at Hampton Electrical & Security are brilliant, friendly and thoughtful.

From the initial inspection and meeting Jamie there was no one else who I wanted to do the job and nothing has been too much to ask for.

The day of install soon came along and everything went in perfectly, upmost care was taken by all and the small touches make a big difference and the custom Hampton Electrical & Security mats placed at the entrance and exit of the premises and then around the house to keep any mess to a minimal really impressed me. Once the job was complete Jamie went through how the systems worked, talked me through everything and showed me how to use the relevant apps, he even stayed and we just had a chat.

Since installation if I have had any questions or wanted anything tweaking with my systems nothing has been to much for Jamie and he has helped weeks down the line

Absolutely blown away at the level of professionalism, honesty and attention to detail that Jamie and the lads (Jake and Niall) have shown whilst working on our home. I contacted Jamie for a quote on a full re-wire on our bungalow, who came out when he said he would and spent time walking me through the entire process and the appropriate timelines within which we could expect the job to be completed by. Jamie was extremely helpful, always providing suggestions but never pushy - and has accommodated any last minute changes I have bought to him like a true professional - and was always available for questions I had during the entire job.
