Excellent and seamless service. No hassle to get this done, the price is very competitive and everything has been done to a high standard. Pat was very clear from the outset, no quibbles about cost. Took about 3 hours to mount. Cables were provided to spec. Cable management is excellent. The team left the place in a clean state.

Honestly a massive thank you to Pat and his assistant Jala who did an absolute brilliant job mounting my 55 inch samsung TV. I have a bespoke media wall with a 77' Sony TV wall mounted on an articulated bracket inside an alcove.
The clearance between the alcove and the TV is only 8mm all around.

Had to replace my TV due to a fault. I purchased the same size and same brand BUT the mounting holes were over 100mm lower on the new TV. So we had to lower the existing bracket.

The John Lewis installers declined to relocate the bracket as they could not see the framing behind the plasterboard and hence could not guarantee the fixings.

So I turned to Pat at Hang My Screen for help.
Pat turned up on time and surveyed the layout. Determined the location of the framing behind the plasterboard and measured the location for the new position.

He accounted for the play in the bracket and tightened the fixings as there was very little tolerance on the clearance.

This was clearly a tricky install but Pat and Sagar worked diligently to successfully mount the TV within the alcove.
