It's nice, the girls in the Farm house are amazing!! I like the fact that they have community fruit trees for anyone to come pick.
The houses are expensive and small lots, but I know that's what people want these days. It's still under construction, so if you live in the area that's not complicated you will have to deal with the large equipment noise.

This community is seriously in demand due to the school district and amenities like the community farm for fresh produce, tennis courts, splash pad, trails, etc. and close proximity to a growing number of good restaurants, coffee shops and retail.

Street sign missing on Texas terragon trace since July 2024 (hurricane beryl). Called the hoa office they didn’t have an answer.

Picturesque swimming pools! 3 pools all connected to be enjoyed by everyone, all ages! Clubhouse with exercise gym. A wonderful place to raise a family!
