We live in an old house with an incredibly
complicated and archaic water system. Craig and his team managed to work out how to simplify the whole system while replacing our boiler - which made system more effective while making the new boiler more efficient. Great communication, clear information given and accurate time frames. All in all we are so impressed by the work and the friendly team who did it. Definitely recommend.

Craig and his team literally saved us! When our old oil boiler finally broke beyond repair, we were left with no heating or hot water for several days. After ringing around several places, Craig finally came to our rescue and managed to fit us in before Christmas.
He is knowledgeable, gives good advice and you genuinely feel he has your best interests at heart. At his busiest time of the year, our new boiler was bought, delivered and installed within a week of his initial visit. We cannot thank Craig and Matthew enough, not just for their speedy response but also their immaculate and tidy work. We would not hesitate to use them again and will be recommending to all our neighbours.

Work was immaculate. After dodgy work from a different plumber. They fixed the issues and installed tank and shower which met my needs and did not try to oversell parts not need or more expensive. Work done to a very high standard, all pipework installed was neatly done and they fixed an issue which was not asked to be done. Left work area clean and tidy and all at a reasonable price.

Our boiler completely died over the weekend and without a seconds hesitation, Craig drove over to us to diagnose the problem immediately and ordered a replacement there and then. He was able to squeeze us into a very very busy diary that very week in order to install the new boiler and stayed late until the job was completed.

Craig and Joel were absolutely brilliant and the house has never been so hot.
