Hassle Free Boilers - Cirencester

Fitted a boiler for us with a service plan attached to it. First year they came and serviced it, following year took them three months after being contacted to service it. After Covid it took the two and a half years to catch up and come and service it, the engineer then complained it had been left too long to between services! Now we’ve been waiting 7 weeks to have a malfunctioning boiler sorted, I’m disabled and not having hot water available all the time is causing me problems, today I’ve been in all day waiting for them to turn up, which they didn’t do! Hopefully they’ll come soon before the weather gets colder.

We’ve made a big mistake letting this company into our house to fit the boiler in the first place, they’re certainly not trustworthy

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! - I’ve been paying hassle free boilers for the last 5 years approx £55 a month for boiler cover … the boiler has broken down.. they don’t answer their phone or emails and they also put a charge on my property… I now have to report them to the Land Registry in Swansea and also to my bank for taking payments and not providing the service…. Absolute nightmare !!!

My partners dad has his boiler with this company and both him and his wife have been trying to get it serviced for months. Upon trying to call them from his phone number which is register on their systems the call was actually rejected and he was told by the answer machine to fill in the online form in which he did. I then thought I would try and was able to get strait through to their customer service department as my number wasn't recognised as an existing customer number so they thought it was new business. Absolutely disgusting!!!

Had to call HFB for a service, which they are contracted to do every year, but haven't done so since 2022. Appointment made for 7th April (2 months after request made, waited in all day for engineer - NO SHOW! And not for the first time!

No explanation given by company, and next available appointment 6 weeks later. No response to questions as to why the engineer never turned up, and they tried to turn it on me because I couldn't make the one appointment I was offered in the same month as the failure to appear.

Impossible to get hold of, I have been trying for a couple of weeks. I've called and left messages, sent countless emails and still waiting for someone to contact me to arrange an engineer to repair my boiler!
Last time I tried to book my annual service it took over 4 months to get hold of someone.
Avoid this company at all cost.

Awful company. Impossible to get hold of for boiler services. I had to cancel my direct debit due to my bank account getting hacked and they immediately passed my details to debt collectors- I hadn't even missed that month's payment and they didn't even bother trying to contact me. AVOID at all cost.

Absolutely disgusting company! Avoid at all costs!! My parents paid every month for insurance couldn't get hold of anyone at anytime to service their boiler or come out when there was problems with it resulting in a huge water leak from the boiler!! Obviously now house insurance won't help as they failed to service and maintain the boiler! Absolutely disgusting! Taken major advantage of the elderly!

Awful company. Took 6 visits for a basic boiler fit. Kept getting it wrong and even now it still doesn’t work properly. Several radiators no longer get hot but they’re not interested. My package included 5 annual services but they haven’t been out once and never return my calls when I try to book a service. Do yourself a favour and pick a small local company.
