Brilliant and efficient service. Highly recommended. Chris was respectful and explained the process to us and really put our minds at rest about having an asbestos survey while we were living in the property. The turnaround was quick as well and a detailed report provided. 1st Class service and would definitely use again should the need arise.

Chris was very accommodating, helpful when we called him to discuss our needs and quick to do our residential house asbestos survey. His report was well laid out, easy to read and understand. He took a good number of samples and unlike other quotes he didn't have hidden fees where he charged per sample taken either. He was able to tell us exactly where he found asbestos, took photographs and even created a floor plan for his report. He also told us exactly what types he found and how dangerous each type was, and he included the lab report too. Cannot fault Chris or the service he provides, highly recommended. Thanks again. No complaints about the actual survey. However, on arrival Chris Pearce failed to identify himself, was not wearing any I/D and seemed amazed that I would ask for any. Also, wearing heavy boots, I had to ask him to wipe his feet. Ours is a country home but with hard floors that are easily scratched, not to mention muddied.
This is a "first". In 10 years at this home, he is the first to fail to identify and remove outdoor shoes or offer to do so.
