Poor customer service and communication. They sent booking confirmations of installation without discussion with me first, then after being messed about by them I rang up to cancel and explained I did not want the work doing and wanted them to delete my details. They then turn up at my house on a different day and time trying to persuade us to let them do the work even though we had a message to say it had been cancelled. Absolute shambles of a company! Avoid them!

A company that is highly recommended. Very professional, organised and punctal. Had a new boiler fitted. The engineer gave me full instructions, carried out the work as explained. Excellent service, it would definitely be a pleasure to recommend them.

Haworth Greendeal carried out work at a relatives 4 bedroom house. The process was straight forward and free under Eco3 government funded scheme. Underfloor insulation was installed and their Gas Safe Engineer fitted a Potterton Assure 30 boiler with a 2 year warranty.
