I can't recommend this shop highly enough from my visit there in January 2025. We were able to try a variety of flutes and found the shop owner to be very helpful and accommodating. He then showed great flexibility in his approach to making the sale, allowing us to get feedback from my daughters flute teacher to see if it was suitable, with the option to return it if it wasn't.

A first class service and I'd certainly go back to this shop for any future purchases I may want to make.

Fantastic service from Alistair at Haydock Music. He managed to get me a trumpet which wasn't in stock delivered to my house within 24 hours - at a competative price. What great service is that! He was so helpful.

I was looking to upgrade my piano to a more advanced piano. My piano teacher had had a good experience here before and recommended I try out the Kawai range of pianos stocked here. Particularly the Kawai CA49. I was assisted by Alistair the business owner who allowed me to try out the CA49 for a couple of hours before I decided to purchase it. Not only did Alistair deliver my new piano just 2 days later but as I have no room for 2 pianos in my house he also let me store my old digital piano in his shop whilst I found a buyer on eBay. I had a great experience at Haydock Music. Great personal service and going the extra mile too. I definitely recommend Haydock Music for anyone, beginner to advanced looking at buying a new instrument!

I chose Haydock music with the purchase of my first brand new Digital Kawai Piano, as Alistair was genuinely interested in what I was looking for, and the most suitable model to meet my needs. Delivery (even during lockdown) was a totally personal experience, and the finished result was beyond all expectations.
I cannot recommend Haydock highly enough for professionalism and friendly service.

Great wee music shop, perfect for buying instruments for young people or beginners. They also have a music tuition place attached, though I don't know what instruments are taught there. Good personal service and advice, and good competitive pricing too.

I ordered a piano on Tuesday it arrived Wednesday. Fantastic service. It sounds wonderful and fabulous value for money. To discover that the case I bought for it had wheels produced whoops of joy from me as at 5ft short and of elder years I usually struggle to transport instruments - no stopping me now! I came across Haydock Music whilst looking for a Kawai dealer in Scotland. Alistair matched the price of one of the larger retailers and was happy for me to reserve the piano with a small deposit.
