Jonathan Reilly, the installer was amazing. Friendly, thoughtful, professional and really knew his stuff. Nothing was a problem. Arrived on time, did everything properly, left no mess and explained how the charge point worked. Probably one of the best workman I've had at my house in the last few years.

My consumer unit is located under the stairs at the other end of the house. I knew the cable route to the outside would be a mission and I was expecting a lot of head scratching from the Jonathan but he perfectly ran the cable 'out of sight' from one end of the house to the other.

Everything was checked and tested to ensure it was all safely installed. All rubbish was removed and the job left tidy, finally I was assured that if there was a problem they were a phone call away!

I'm really pleased with Home Car Charging Solutions. They were able to fit me in quickly (in just over a week at a time when other companies had a 10 week wait). On the day of the install, David arrived on time and got on with it with no fuss. He did an excellent and tidy job and I couldn't be more pleased. The price was very reasonable compared to several other quotes I had (some of which were for almost double!). Communication with Caroline was also brilliant. The team were very personable and responsive, and were quick to reply to any emails, particularly around questions and suggestions for the installation. The point of installation at our particular property wasn't particularly straightforward, but that didn't turn out to be a huge problem.

They were able to adjust both the quote and the installation on short notice, when I asked to have an extra socket installed next to the EV charger.

On the day, the engineers were knowledgeable, polite and flexible, and their work was very neat and tidy.

The invoicing system is also nice and easy to use, relying on the Stripe Online Card system for Credit Card payments.

Overall, would highly recommend this team to anyone considering an EV Charger installation.

An excellent experience from initial quote through to installation. What a great team to deal with and I’m so happy that I chose HCCS for my install. I initially ordered based on research/customer feedback and of course the quoted price, which was the best I received from 4/5 quotes.

Everyone I have communicated with/met has been really helpful, considerate and overall my expectations have been greatly exceeded. Alex did a fantastic job with the install, very professional and tidy, especially as it required running a lot of cable behind plants and neatly across a gate entrance. We are very happy with the installation and looking forward to getting to use it, once our vehicle arrives.
