Please ask your drivers to adhere to the speed limit. Vulcan Way is a 20 mph speed limit,
not 40 mph. Given you’re based on that road, makes it more disappointing.

Since the HDM Bournemouth branch has opened they have offered us 1st class service and excellent products. Their product range & knowledge has been brilliant in helping us move forward as a company.

I've spoken to most of the team in the office and they are all as helpful as each other, as is their delivery team. Steph & Tayah have been absolutely brilliant helping us with what we need & their customer service is why we remain a customer.

We will continue to use HDM and appreciate all their help!

Great company, our solar company has been using them since just before they opened this Bournemouth depot. Great range of panels, inverters and batteries and great pricing. Delivery is prompt and on time and stock is procured efficiently by the staff. Would highly reccomend.

I have been in this industry for 17years and can honestly say that with Tayah and her team it would either not have been possible or not have been as easy. As a national business we simply require efficency, I know we at Deege Solar can be a challenging client with last minute orders and installing a vast range of products and our need for delivery all over the UK sometimes same day. To be able to not only do this but do it effectively without mistakes time and time again in all honesty shocks me and I think is truly a credit to the commitment to customer satisfaction and the desire to deleiver on every order we place. Tayah is extremely knowledgeable in this industry and her work at HDM with there range of products makes the perfect recipe for us. It's simple and I have been around long enough to know finding a way to get big orders to site on time and correct is a big ask. Seriously this review will have no true reflection of what there service means to our business and I can only say if you have not used them then you won't understand the value I'm talking about. Things that im talking about for context is
Last minute orders
Having good stock levels
Having good stock range
Answering the phone
Correcting order errors
Product knowledge
Credit managment
Being made to always feel wanted
The list could go on forever
