Their website wording is crafty. It implies they manufacture the products. However, they only have a warehouse for packing and distribution. NO production facility. Which begs the question, where are these supplements being made?
Customer service is non existent. As a retailer I wanted to renew my account. I gave up after contacting them countless times. No one could answer my query and despite promising never got back to me.

I have ordered a few times from healthaid. Each time experiencing an issues online. Their customer service is shocking. I placed an order nearly a month ago which I have not received. I have left messages as no one answers and no body calls back. I emailed trying to track my order to which I did receive a response telling me that my order was not sent out as payment was not received. So I responded with a picture of the bank transaction. I then got an out of office auto response that the officer Iam dealing with is out of the office until November 2020 even though it is now end of December and they seemed to have been in the office replying to my email earlier on on the same day. So I call customer service again and this time someone picked up. When I explain why I was calling and what happened I get told they are closed for the day and to call back the next day even though there was still 30 mins until their closing time. They lady on the other end of the phone made no time to listen to me or even explain how they could be closed but still answering phone lines even though their hours clearly state 5.30. No apology no ill look into the matter for you nothing just plain blank refusing to listen to me just repeating the fact that they are closed!!!!! Disgraceful

Great products but very poor and highly unprofessional customer service. I ordered expensive products online that have gone missing for unknown reasons. Health Aid is not able to track their own parcels but charge you 15 pounds for international delivery! The lady from customer service blamed Swiss Post for it although the products have not even been shipped out of the UK yet! Still waiting for an appropriate investigation and clarifying outcomes. Not trustworthy at all! I cannot recomend to buy Health Aid products from their online shop.

Extremely poor customer service, regularly order vitamin and mineral with them , order is never on time , ordered few units on 21st January didn't receive the order till 22nd January, called them they said they would call me back no reply again called them no apologies for delay and started making excuses eventually received this order today
