I was called by the telesales department. The caller was extremely difficult to hear because of background noise and (it sounded like) a mouth full of food? I pointed out how hard it was for me to understand what she was saying and was told to "fcuk off then" before she hung up. I called the company and informed customer services and was not thanked, rather they informed me they had to take my name to do anything with the information. Not wanting the hate telephone calls this may attract, I declined. Extremely poor attitude to customer service - would hate to think I was a person who had actually bought the product trying to get any satisfaction.

What a terrible company. The engineer they subcontracted the work out to (without informing them) caused a flood at my parents house. They happily took their money but accept no responsibility for the shoddy work and refused to help, offer a refund or compensate them as it's not their fault. Sorry but you took the order, billed them and choose to sub the work out - not my parents.

Their customer service and complaints department is a joke. 5 months on and we are yet to hear anything from them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Heart @solar Came round drilled holes in the upvc soffits to put cable in and drilled in the wrong place when I told them they said they would fill the hole in but just left it

They also managed to tear the felt on the bay window by putting scaffold on it they came on the Thursday and Friday it rained heavily and water came through taking the ceiling down in the bay window it took them three weeks to sort this and said there roofer couldn't give me a guarantee in the end I got a roofer myself who did guarantee his work
