We had a boiler replaced almost a year ago and can’t fault the experience or operation of the boiler since.
Heatable were very informative and knowledgable throughout and the interest free payment option was a total no brainier and quite hard to find anywhere else.

The guys were punctual, informative every step of the way and worked very cleanly. Really good professional job done and I now have happy tenants with hot water and heating. Highly recommended.

Suly did an amazing job installing my new boiler. The boiler wasn’t in the best position in a fully fitted kitchen but he managed to fit it and even tidy up the pipe work from the old boiler.

We had our boiler conversion done via heatable, the process from start to end has been smooth. Heatable was very good on price too. We was appointed Dan Brown as out appointed fitter. He was very professional and clean with his work, he explained everything in depth to me and my wife. Overall great experience and fitter.

Unbelievably fast response. Ordered a replacement boiler late on Friday afternoon and installation started at 8:45am on Monday and I could have had it installed on the Saturday. Really professional installation. I would definitely recommend Heatable.

Very easy in placing order of the boiler. Date of installation was perfect as well as the fitter who has done an awesome job-very professional and polite.Altogether an excellent experience using Heatable! Highly recommended!!

We had a new boiler installed and it left us with no heating or hot water for more than 48 hours due to them not getting an engineer back to sort it. They then thought £75 was enough compensation when we had to take 2 days off work to wait for someone to come fix it and the inconvenience of leaving us with 2 young children, one with autism who we need to bath regularly due to sensory issues and needing to keep clean and we was unable to do this. So poor!

Appalling experience speaking to Paul Roper from Heatable today. I am shocked that he tells a prospective customer to not waste his time and accusing me of using him as a price comparison service!! I do beg your pardon, it was a consultation call you have scheduled and I am spending tens of thousands and want to know what I am getting. Unbelievably rude!
