We had a few Dimplex Quantum heaters installed by Robbie and his team earlier this year, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Their online estimate tool made it really easy to budget ahead of time and turned out to be pretty much spot on. Robbie was professional throughout the process - punctual, tidy, and explained everything clearly without any jargon. We’re really pleased with the install and couldn’t be happier with the service.

Jim and Robbie installed a full Quantum heating system with a rapid turnaround and zero fuss. They used our existing wiring with no need for making good, which was a huge bonus. The heaters look great, and the level of control is really impressive - a big upgrade all round. Highly recommend.

Couldn’t recommend HeatbyTMS enough. They installed one of their intelligent heating systems using storage heaters, and everything was done to a really high standard—no corners cut. What I really appreciated was how their experienced electrician made the digital side of things easy to understand. He took the time to explain the setup and even showed me how to adjust the timings for comfort, which he did perfectly. Felt properly looked after from start to finish. We booked a free survey online and Robbie came round quickly. A couple of weeks later, the team had installed two Quantum heaters and a bedroom heater. They even helped us set up the app. Fast, professional, and really easy from start to finish.

Robbie, Jimmy & Harvey arrived promptly to fit 6 Dimplex Quantum storage heaters, job completed early afternoon.
They were friendly, efficient and very clean and tidy.
Robbie took time afterwards to set up the hub and explain how the system works, with the promise that if required he was just a phone call away to resolve any situations which is excellent customer relations.
We are looking forward to warm and cosy winters in the future and would not hesitate to recommend TMS after yesterdays
