Have always had fantastic service from HeatCo to address all plumbing queries, fixes and installation! I've been a customer of HeatCo for over 10 years and nothing is too much trouble for Joe and his team. During this time we've had leaky toilets fixed, a boiler installation and general plumbing maintenance such as washers changed and boiler services. Highly recommended for anyone in the Hertfordshire area looking for a trustworthy plumber, wouldn't go anyway else!

Quality service at a reasonable price. I was able to get an appointment to service my boiler and to investigate a radiator that had stopped working within a couple of days.
Darren arrived on time, diagnosed the radiator problem quickly, and repaired there and then using spares from his van.
The boiler was serviced efficiently, the certificate & invoice issued right away.
A really good experience, would definitely use again.

When our elderly boiler broke down, Joe from HeatCo visited within an hour of my call to see what the problem was. When it became clear that we needed a replacement, he provided a detailed estimate very quickly, and the new boiler was fitted two days later. I'm absolutely amazed - I have become sceptical of plumbers so can't believe my luck that I've found Joe and his team. A different plumber (trusted by others in the area) didn't want to quote for the job I was looking to get done (relocating boiler to roof) because his knees didn't want to crawl around my loft so I asked for his recommendation and that led me to HeatCo. I’ve used HeatCo for about 10 years now, having originally been referred by a friend. They installed a boiler for my late mother In London Colney, and couldn’t have done a better job. She was terminally ill and really went out of their way to ensure they looked after her, her home and just made sure everything was properly dealt with. But it’s not just that; they’ve remembered not just her, but the house, the boiler and even me - her son (who now owns said house and boiler). Needless to say I now use heatco yearly for my own property as well, and I honestly cannot see a reason why anyone in the St Albans area would even consider looking elsewhere. Heating was down often in my flat. What another contractors did was just an easy fix, usually it was a relatively expensive replacement of PCB and often it did not last long as it never fixed the main issue. There were some radiators in the flat, which always failed to heat up.

Heatco have done a great job, all was performed in a very professional way. They have resolved the problem and set up the system properly. I now have a fully functioning heating in the flat. I would strongly recommend them.
