Have used Heated Floors since 2013, where they designed and installed an extensive multi zone system, orchestrated by 3 Heat Mieser control units covering a 5000 Sq Ft house. Over nearly 10 years system has been highly reliable, with minimal downtime and a few snags here and there. They are always willing to pop out and correct any issues - no matter how small - and prices are reasonable. Would def use them again, and strongly recommend this great little company..

Awesome customer service. I'm not an underfloor heating expert but John at Heated Floors had me covered and made me feel comfortable. I showed him a photo of a failing unit and I was given the right advice and parts at a fair price. Very knowledgeable specialist store with the items I needed in stock plus answered all my questions, nailed it-5 stars.

Rude behaviour for the over priced product. Refused refund when asked. Not recommended. Will not be buying from them for sure. If you don't have the right skin DON'T USE THEM. Sorry to give this review, but it was terrible.
