I’m renovating my home and needed various bits done including relocating boiler, new radiators & awkward pipes moving. I have dealt with lots of plumbers in 5 years of renovating houses yet never a company as professional as these guys. I am always working on a tight budget with renovations and the money spent on the works I have had to save up months and months for, so was important to me to have someone professional who actually cares to help me complete them. From first point of contact with Jake, meeting with Ahmed to discuss and quote the works; Edmond the Engineer coming to complete them, I was blown away by everyone’s politeness, professionalism and transparency and efficiency. Jake in the office is incredibly friendly and knowledgable and kept me in the loop with calls and messages, Ahmed advised me superbly when discussing what I wanted done, an extremely fair and detailed quote was produced on the spot (I didn’t even haggle which is very unlike me) and works commenced swiftly the following week. Edmond was star of the show however stopping till late on evenings to complete the works on time. He explained everything prior, nothing fazed him and he was very accommodating with my specific requests such as where pipes were to go etc. even when it wasn’t the easiest option. Everything was done methodically by Edmond to an extremely high standard & finish. And this was because Edmond actually cared and took his time to complete the job well. Nothing was rushed. The house is empty currently and I trusted Edmond with the keys for the week to come and go each morning and evening and he cracked on without a single issue, and always made sure that the house was locked up properly on an evening. House left clean and tidy. Wouldn’t look to use anyone else again, and a lot of plumbers out there could learn from these guys on how to run a fantastic customer focussed business. Pay on your credit card, so you can claim under section 75 to put the installation right like I had to.
Leaving installation in a dangerous condition, gas pipes being held down by floorboards. Pipes rubbing together. Also report from vallient said things to do.
Will be reporting to gas safe after the holidays. No it not an illusion the left pipe has a bend if about 1cm and on the right about 2 cm out of plumb. I made a claim under section 75 and now have had some of the work out right. You did put right some things. But only after I proposed that we let gas safe decide.But the pipes above the boards, the bent chrome pipe(approx 1cm) the other out of plumb (approx 2cm) is down to poor workmanship.

We had a Viessmann Vitodens 050 and a Drayton Wiser wireless thermostat control installed the end of last month. The prices for both are very reasonable compared to other companies we had in for quotes. Ahmad who came to give us a quote did not try to push us to buy what not needed. He gave a straightforward quote: a total price of Viessmann Vitodens 050, a smart controler, a magnetic filter, a limescale reducer, a flue, installation, disposal of the old unit and clean the central heating system. Quick and easy to understand unlike others that itemised everything even the length of copper pipes would be used to make it look expensive!

The lead time was excellent too. It was only one week. Raj and Alex came early on the day and finished the installation at the end of the day. They went an extra mile to ensure the job was done properly. We did not have a radiator drain valve, they advised us to go and get one and installed it for us.

Within 10 days after the installation, we received the warranty from Viesmann via email.

Long story short, very happy with the service!

I had a new boiler fitter at the end of November. Very professional, cleared all the old boiler away and left my house very clean and tidy. Overall very happy with the service received.

They even came out to check my boiler as I had concerns, this gave me 100% reassurance that the boiler was working with a few tweaks. Would recommend this company for future work.

I personally don't write reviews but I think this was an exceptional case and feel moral responsibility to write the review. Middle of the winter our heating system breakdown, contacted local engineers including Heating Improvements Ltd. Mr. Yakub was on initial phone call, he did video call, following day he sent on an engineer name Mr. Abdul who looked through the boiler and provided quotation. Quotation was very competitive for Valliant boiler. Mr. Yakub called me few times, Friday evening he called me at 8.00 pm to confirm the installation. Very much appreciate the support he provided me even out of his working hours. Mr Hussain was the engineer who installed our boiler, I am generally technodyno.. but he was very helpful, demonstrated everything, everything is clean and tidy. Highly appreciate the support Heating Improvement provide us. definitely recommend..*, nice five star for their service. Thanks Mr. Yakub and Mr. Hussain.
