Nick and his colleague successfully completed a tricky installation of a new boiler for us today. They are both experts in their field, polite, tidy, and were keen to provide us with the right solution for our needs, rather than necessarily the most expensive one. Heatmaster is also competitively-priced.

I also appreciated Nick taking the time to explain how the boiler worked and how it could be optimised for my needs.

I would avoid at any cost this company.
Nick came in on Sat and partly fixed the problem (I only have a hot water, no heating at all). He said everything is working fine. There is no pressure on the manometer and he left it like that. When I contacted him on Monday to organise another appointment to fix the problem he disconnected conversation. Avoid him, not a professional worker.

My heating had broken down while I was away on holiday. My flat uses an HVAC system for heating and Nick was very quick to attend and diagnose the problem with the outdoor unit on the roof. It was less than a week since Nick made the initial visit to see our boiler, to check measurements, and introduced briefly the most typical alternatives, that we had a new boiler assembled.
We chose Viessmann Vitodens 050-W based on his recommendation. Some sources in Internet would have supported it, some something else.
For the foreigner from the country of central heated water provided by municipalities these boilers represent backward system with its own tips and tricks. This translates to the need of quality over possible savings.
And even if some issues will emerge, I prefer a guy who takes his professionalism seriously, such as Nick. This is a peace of mind we wanted to have: quality of a product and service in terms of reliability and responsiveness. Thanks Nick.
