I've had 3 vented Sadia 2.2kw hotflo water heaters in as many years and every time the copper seal fails and water leaks out. They want nothing to do with any after sale issues and offer no help whatsoever so my only option now is to source an alternative make. I cannot warn people off this manufacturer enough.

After 12 years the expansion baffle on my Megaflo unvented cylinder is deteriorating and blocking my hotwater system. Apparently Heatra Sadia know about this issue, but after three days and 5 hours waiting on hold I'm yet to speak to anyone to discuss it. The reviews for Heatrae Sadia vs Gledhill service speak volumes.

I have been trying to contact the Heatrae Sadia’s technical customer support for 2 days now.

They keep on transferring me to a line where nobody picks up, in one occasion I did wait for 2 whole hours, then I used my dads phone and again, no answer.

If you think they will help you after you spend thousands with their products, you are totally mistaken.

Also, their pricey 2k cylinder has no difference from another cylinder that cost £400.

I will never recommend this brand to anyone else.

This company is outrageously segmented and disorganised. I called to try to set up a warranty and get a repair in for a boiler and the customer service forwarded me FIVE times (not once or twice) to a person/team that was more competent to do so until the 5th person wanted to forward me to the first team I reached! The call was already 30 minutes long and no boiler was fixed or warranty setup, pure incompetence.

After spotting their low Google rating and reviews, I was actually quite dreading ringing the Heatrae Sadia customer support team. Turns out, I had the most impressive experience! My call was answered promptly by someone called Craig in their technical team, and he was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. If all customer support services were this good, it would make for a much better world for us consumers!

Disaster, told me they won't repair/service their own manufactured Sapphire 250 Unvented Cylinder. Told me to call Wolseley - who sold it........Wolseley told me they are only a reseller and don't repair anything and were baffled as to why I was calling about a service/repair for a Heatrae Sadia product as they are "box shifters" they told me.....Not only do they not cover their own products, but also give misleading warranty info. Lady on the phone told me it has a 10 year warranty, but they didn't honor any warranty, and don't give any back-up to least fix it, even if no warranty - I just wanted it repaired. Very unprofessional call experience and they had zero interest in supporting a customer. By the way she dealt with my call and her uncertainty and hesitation about every question I asked, I would class this company as incompetent.

The cold water combination valve on my Megaflo tank has failed - leaking badly. The tank was fitted into the flat when new in about 2006. I rang Heatrae Sadia and arranged for a Baxi Fitter to come and replace it. The fitter came the following day and after 40 minutes doing God knows what he said that he could not do anything and that I should get a plumber to fit a new valve (the valve is a Heatrae Sadia part) and then he left, I re-rang Heatrae today to complain and I got fobbed off on the basis that they do not fit their own valves. I explained that the flat below me had the same problem about 9 months ago and had it replaced by the Baxi engineer with no trouble. It was to no avail as I was told fairly sharply that they do not fit the valves and, in consequence, I should get a plumber. My experience and their attitude merits no stars at all but as this is not possible I give them 1 star.

Excellent company bought a Heatrae Sadia Megaflo cylinder and a Heatrae Sadia Premier Heat Electric Boiler to use for the underfloor heating of the 2-bed annexe.

I had an unforeseen issue that was promptly sorted out by a technician two years ago.

Both have been working perfectly since. Strongly recommend Heatrae Sadia.
