Horrible customer service. I ordered a 10L calorifier and it arrived damaged. The mounting bracket is broken. I contacted Heatso for a replacement bracket and was told they do not have any but these are "obtainable from any sort of a hardware store". Well, I have been unable to find one and Heatso cannot provide a link to one. So I asked for a replacement unit to be sent and they outright refused.

The package was delivered by FedEx and left without a signature (we were not home).

Edit:

First, Heatso finally decided to reach out after reading this review. It should not take a bad review to ensure a damaged product is handled and corrected.

Second, this is a liquid-filled heater with 110V power designed to go into a vehicle. To say the mounting bracket is not integral to the function of this device is MADNESS. 110V, filled with water, in a moving vehicle!

Third, the only reason Heatso is sending a replacement strap (which they should have done right away) is this review, a complaint with Paypal, and a complaint directly with the manufacturer.

TLDR: Heatso customer service is still horrible. Go elsewhere if possible.

I wanted to buy a water heater for my RV from this company. I sent my questions to their customer support email. However, judging by their responses, they have no idea what they are selling. On top of that, they reply only once a day! I wasted a week on this pointless correspondence and still didn't place an order. The worst customer support I've ever dealt with!
PS. I had to contact the manufacturer's support, and they answered all my questions within a couple of hours.
