AVOID!! I thought I would support a small local business but what a mistake that was.
Initially, I was amazed at how quickly James could visit and resolve my small leak.
However, the leak is worse than ever and I am now waiting for British Gas to come and resolve so I can use my heating and hot water without it leaking.
Alarms bells should have rang when James failed to test if the leak was resolved by asking me to put the heating on, again they should have rang when he said “he couldn’t be bothered to invoice, so would take cash”
Once James left, I turned the heating on, only to find it was leaking but worse than before.
James said he would come back to resolve the next day - no show. I chased, he said he would come the following day - no show.
I’ve been promised a refund straightaway for the works carried out on the initial visit as he strives for 100% customer satisfaction. Looks like that was another false promise and I’ve still no refund!! Absolutely shocking customer service and will not recommend. Avoid at all costs to prevent being out of pocket like I am.

Having tried Swale Heating and others, the Heatsource team were the only ones that would attempt to fix my boiler given the restricted access in the cupboard that it’s in. And they fixed it first time with no hassle or quibble. Very happy with their work and the price. Will definitely use them again.

I use Heatsource every year to service my boiler before the winter sets in and I cannot fault them, they are so polite and cheerful and professional, everything is done with the minimum of fuss and mess and they checked all of the radiators as well as the boiler and flue etc. I have also used them to install a new boiler and radiator and a gas cooker. They have recently been to check the boiler at my daughter’s flat that had a fault and again we could not praise them enough for their attention to detail and professionalism.
I feel so happy to recommend them to anyone.
