A great experience using Helios for an additional Tesla Battery.
Laurence quickly surveyed and quoted a very competitive price.

Installation soon followed with a great service from the Helios team who did a very neat job and then conducted a thorough test of the new unit.

Looking forward to the benefits of such a brilliant system and when asked by friends and family for recommendations I had no hesitation in recommending Helios and I'm pleased to report that both have also opted to use them.

I'm sure they won't be disappointed.

Such a great firm from planning and design after home visit, to fitting and replacement of faulty inverter for PV panels and powerwall 2 battery. All working fine. Already saving money. Charming fitters, (special mention to Gav). The owner (Will) fell and damaged his back at his home requiring in-patient treatment but still kept in touch. His Son Laurence took the reins smoothly and coordinated scaffolding, fitting and replacement of the faulty inverter to suit my schedule. Great Job. Many thanks from a very satisfied customer.

Great customer service and support post installation. I had a problem with the bird guard for the panels a year after installation. Helios fixed the problem without quibble and very speedily. It’s great to deal with a company that you can rely on.

Helios delivered and installed battery, roof panels and car charger for us - they were super helpful and knowledgeable and pleasure to deal with. Install is very neat and Will and Clem really went out of their way to explain how it all fits together - I would thoroughly recommend them 🙂

I used Helios to supply and install a solar panel and battery system in April having had them them recommended by a neighbour and seeing the quality of their work.

They listened to my requirements and concerns and installed a system that I am very happy with. They did a great job installing the panels and running cables so they regained out of sight. They also installed the inverter and batteries in my garage to take up as little space as possible .

Their pricing is as competitive and they used good quality equipment.

I have had a couple of queries regarding system tuning since the install and they have assisted with these.

I would highly recommend this small family run company.

Helios installed sixteen panels on our new roof in October 2015. Throughout the process from design and quotation to installation, which involved liaising with the roofing contractor, Will and Laurence were very professional, accommodating, pleasant to deal with, and their communications were excellent. We have enjoyed, and continue to enjoy, the generation of electricity which reduces our electricity bills hugely, and we get pleasure from 'doing our bit' for the planet. It is also reassuring to know that if we have any queries, being local, Helios are easy to contact and they respond quickly.
