I contacted Helix after finding asbestos floor tiles still in place at my home.

Excellent communications throughout - from the first enquiry to the final sweep up. Helix were prompt, thorough and nothing phased them; even when faced with the challenges of an old valleys terraced house.

Used this service to remove an elbow on my soil pipe that contained asbestos. Gentleman initially turned up late. He left my first floor bathroom window filthy after almost chucking a brick from inside the toilet out of the window (the reason he didn’t was he couldn’t get the window open). He then began removing the asbestos with his mask not on properly. He had three phone calls during the hour he was here. He left the rest of the internal led pipe in a mess, so my other builders had trouble removing the rest of the pipe. Whilst removing the elbow he was hammering at the pipe and three large chunks of debris hit my brand new patio doors. Unprofessional, unclean and not respectful of others peoples houses. Not worth £280 for the service. The only thing good was the initial speed of communication. Would not use again.
