We have utilized your services a few times in the past for worldwide deliveries and another on the horizon for Romania and the way in which we have been dealt with in regards to an insurance claim is absolutely appalling. A claim we had to make but of which only resulted because your staff opened our sealed consignment & broke it down into separate packages, subsequently losing the most expensive part of the delivery. I have to say it is extremely poor and unacceptable!! The way in which the scenario has been dealt with and the insulting email regarding the insurance claim is beyond words.
