The esthetician was very kind, but I noticed there was still quite a bit of hair left after the service. I had prepared my hair to the right length, to be exact longer than a month so that shouldn't have been a factor. It wasn’t just a few hairs—there were quite a lot remaining. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be returning. Also, the lack of a reception area made finding the locations a bit confusing.

It legitimately hurts less at Hello Sugar, haha! I have been doing sugar wax for over a decade, and this was probably one of the gentlest, least painful wax experiences I've ever had. It was fairly quick, and at a decent price. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience at Hello Sugar! My esthetician was so helpful and kind. It was my first experience with hair removal, and my esthetician made me feel so comfortable and explained the entire process very well to me. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to try sugaring or waxing!

The girls here can not sugar well, and often have to switch to hard wax mid service. They are often Very behind schedule and my appointments always started 10-15 min late or were completely cancelled due to how backed up they were. The one gal who was fantastic left and now they’re refusing to return unused credits.

Beware of the good reviews. As a customer you are inundated with texts and emails begging for a 5 star reviews.

There was an ad on my Instagram for a bikini wax promotion for new customers so I upgraded it to a Brazilian and booked my appointment ahead of time. It’s my first time ever being waxed down there so I was pretty nervous and kinda shaky lol. Vanessa was so nice and reassuring and explained everything to me, she definitely helped me stay cool and collected. It hurt, but not as much as I expected and it wasn’t unbearable. Usually I’m the type of person to avoid pain but I already scheduled my next appointment so I think that really says a lot. Definitely give this place a try!

McKenna is bubbly and kept my mind off the discomfort of waxing with ease. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and made the entire experience easy.
