Amazing service from Helping Hands in Dawlish Warren. Having unexpectedly found ourselves in need of a wheelchair for a holiday in Dawlish I contacted Helping Hands. They talked me through the options and discussed our needs. The wheelchair was delivered to the camp site at the start of our holiday and was collected at the end by Sean. It was efficient, seamless and very professional. Our sincere thanks go to the team at Helping Hands.

Very friendly and polite service from booking to being delivered and collected by Shawn. Saved my husband having to bring his own scooter. Very light so we managed to carry it into the caravan every night to keep it safe and for ease of charging. Would thoroughly recommend Helping Hands and will be using again.

DONT EVER USE THIS SERVICE , I hired a scooter from here for my 80 year old mother when we were on our holiday which cost me £60 plus £50 deposit on returning I left the key in the scooter I know it was in because I checked on putting it in the boot of my car , on returning the scooter I wheeled it into the shop and the man was there with a woman behind the counter I asked for my deposit back he said go to desk when I turned my back to walk to the desk he then said where is the key I said in the scooter he made out I lost it when I know damn well I didn’t he had taken it out of the machine when my back was turned just so I couldn’t have my deposit back . They fraudulently lied to gain money from my 80 year old mother it’s shocking and people need to be aware that this shop will steal and corrupt to make money it’s supposed to be a support service instead we were left paying 110 for 6 days of use on a scooter and then got lied to and called liars just so they could make money keep your keys on your person on retuning the items and don’t turn your back on the bald maintenance man who will rob you when your back is turned
