Woeful service. Engineers are nice people but the actual service to make the appointments for a warranty repair with HP were useless. Took over 2 weeks and 3 failed visits to get the replacement harddrive.

This company sent an engineer to repair the motherboard of my laptop for HP, the chap refused to do the work because my coffee table is not at the right height( it's level with your knees) I then suggested using the kitchen worktop and he said that he has to be sitting down to do the replacement. I worked as a computer engineer running networks and coding for 20 years, never came across a bunch idiots like these. For God sake all you were doing was replacing a motherboard which my 8 year granddaughter can do (she's been trained by me). It wasn't rocket science all you needed to do was ground yourself for any surges and start the replacement. DIMWITS. Hp needs to look elsewhere.

So they arranged a second call out with the same person who initially did not want to replace the motherboard because of the knee high coffee table. I rang this company 3 times to make sure the chap whose name is Ramibir or Ranbir would attend, unfortunately a no show, when I rang HP they said he tried to ring, which is a complete fabrication. He could have left message on the answer machine or text me but none of those. I was a certified MCSE and computer programmer for 20 years, never have I met such a incompetent engineer has this chap. Because of all the drama and the 5 weeks I have had to wait to have a repair done, HP have kindly offered to replace my machine. Thank you.

I was originally on the fence due to some of the negative reviews, but I've just had my laptop repaired by Nathan and everything was done professionally, on time and, to be honest, much faster than expected. The guys at the support call centre were also very helpful with my queries, also very professional.

One of the worst services i have ever encounter, i got a HP ZBook x2 G4 with Dreamcolor diplay which was a selling point as visual designer, and the computer died. and they send an engineer that his solution of fixing was to delete every native app that had to do with the dream color diplay, resulting to terrible colors, brighness and a very broken screen which made it imposibble to work, since then they have tried to send 4 times an engineer which of course he never came or bother to even call or email. which i ended up waiting all day for nothing.
and of course their terrible service forced me to buy a new computer as was affecting my job, with a bit of luck will never deal with them again

if you want engineers that dont know what they do, and want to waste your time and money, thats the best place to go
