As a historic Church in the centre of Hereford we had a difficult site and project to manage. From start to finish dealing with HES was a joy. Polite, friendly and very professional. This was a big project that took a lot of planning. Happy to say we now have 28 solar panels on our Church roof, which are are delighted with. 5 star job from start to finish.

Unlike other firms who had quoted; H.E.S. from the outset understood our requirements. The whole process was very professional including a schedule of works which was adhered to. The installers, Nick and Ollie, under Martin's direction, were proficient, courteous and highly competent. Attention to detail was first class and great care was taken to ensure that all aspects of the installation were aesthetically pleasing.
The scaffolders(Gold Standard) were excellent and careful to ensure there was no damage to the property and garden planting.
Behind the scenes, H.E.S. had made our DNO application including our export MPAN. Within 48hrs of completion we received a brochure containing all necessary pieces of documentation which meant that our export tarrif application was granted within days.
We would highly recommend H.E.S. Renewables. They are well deserving of their five star rating.

From the initial enquiry to the final commissioning of the system HES were very professional, understood our requirements, recommended and fitted a system which was within our budget and meets our needs.

Nick and Olly who did the installation worked in a very tidy and efficient manner, and were very pleasant to deal with.

Martin who did the commissioning was knowledgeable, and happy to answer all the question I had ensuring I understood how everything works.

Cannot speak too highly about HES. From the first site visit through the whole process of management and installation it was first class and extremely professional. For the record the initial site visit is so important and increasingly rare these days. HES installed a bank of ground based panels, the design of the superstructure I still marvel at every day. Highly recommend this company - and they're nice people as well!

I recently made a solar panel enquiry to HES Renewables. They were recommended to me by a friend. From the initial survey by George Operation's Manager and John Electrical Engineer the installation was very professional and coordinated with the scaffolding team, panel installers and electrical fixing to the final handover and thorough explanation of the operating system. John is very knowledgable and ensured I had a full understanding of the system and Solus App which provides the smart data of the system. The equipment installed is of the highest quality with capacity included to add another battery in time should I decide. The battery 4.5kw charges quickly on a cold sunny winters day within hours. HES recommended switching to an energy supplier who will buy my excess energy rather than sending it back to the grid. This is in progress with Octopus Energy. I have no reservations recommending HES and can only thank the entire team for this 5 star performance. Many thanks for a job well done!
