The Engineer came and was polite and well-mannered, he installed 11 new phones and then took the time to make sure we all understood how the phones work and if we had any problems or didnt understand any aspect then he was patience and explained a more simpler way! By the time he left all 9 members of staff felt very confident using the phones and making/receiving calls.

Terrible experience with HiHi or 4COM or the Daisy Group as they have been bought out. Ongoing technical issues with HiHi phones, poor internet signal ( 3 modems replaced in less than 12 months) poor customer support, and unresponsive service. I felt misled and pressured into a 5-year contract, believing the rebate lasted the full term—only to find out it ends after 18 months then they offer you a renewal for a further 5 years at double the price!!

Additionally, 4COM may be in breach of Ofcom regulations, as small businesses with fewer than 10 employees shouldn’t be locked into contracts over 24 months.

Lack of transparency, poor service, and financial burden—I strongly advise against using this company.

Absolutely terrible experience with HiHi internet and call services. The call quality is awful—constant disruptions, poor audio, and frequent dropped calls make communication nearly impossible. The internet is just as bad, constantly cutting out and causing major interruptions to our work.
Reliable communication is essential, and this level of service is completely unacceptable. Despite multiple complaints, no real improvements have been made. I would not recommend HiHi to anyone looking for stable and professional service. Extremely disappointing!

Be very careful with what they try and sell you. We had 4 months of hell but managed to get released after being promised that they system would be lots better than our BT broadband ended up worse and installed 3 lines to try and solve the issue which was never going to help as we are in a area with no fibre to property and 2km away from the box.

Salesman should have never sold us a 5 year product being a business with only 2 people, was told that it was a all in one package but after setting up find out it 2 different companies that bill you then they return part of the bill and then also extra kick in the teeth say that you need to insure the device using the company they supply.

Also judging by the customer service phone calls would say the phones are not very good as was always difficult to get thru and would never call back.

Would not recommend this company or be very cautious when doing so.

listen to the bad reviews. The issues come after you've been emotionally bribed by the lovely guy that does the install.
The good reviews on here are down solely because hes really nice, and he says he get a bonus for every good review.

We recently had our new phone system installed by HiHi, and we couldn't be happier with the service. The engineer (Kieren B) was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the system. The installation process was smooth and efficient, with everything explained clearly to us.

Overall, we are very satisfied with the experience and highly recommend HiHi for their excellent service. Thank you for making the transition to our new phone system seamless and stress-free!

Its should be 0 star this company is rubbish and they make u in the contract for many years and first year or 2 year its responsible price then after that it too much its a catch for everyone from them its a trick to get u in the contract i have the contract i know how it feels i have full proof of everything if anyone needs it i am not lying stay away from them

If you are thinking of signing up with HiHi I strongly recommend you do so with caution and take the time to make sure you understand exactly what you are signing up for. Unfortunately we have learnt the hard way. Their incredibly slick sales staff will give you a fantastic demonstration showing a world of functions that at the time look great but most of which once you get them you will never use again! The worst part is the financials, be prepare to get hooked into a never ending contract. They offered us a very good initial rate but failed to highlight that after a period of time it would revert to a much higher fee and the contract length being 7 years! the only way to get out is to ride out the 7 years of extortionate fees or keep renewing the hardware every few years and agreeing a new discounted rate but in essence you are trapped and this is not explained by the sales staff at all.
